Cafe Batavia

It was a year ago when we came to Cafe Batavia, an old building cafe located near Fatahilah museum for dinner. The food itself was so so, nothing special. They served Chinese and western food. The price was also high...yeah cafe's standard.

The most I liked was the interior since it has many spot for taking pictures. The atmosphere was also nice. The dim lights created the romantic feeling :)
We chose second floor as our seats. The wooden floor and wide windo
ws brought us back to the old Netherlandish colonialism times. We were seated near the window so that we could see the Fatahilah museum at the opposite. This Cafe Batavia is totally a romantic escape for dinner at all. We admire the place, not the food.

Here are some pics to tell.

Food : 3 from 5, it was so so

Price : 3 from 5, cafe standard, can't expect for cheaper
Service : 5 from 5, just perfect. One staff per table since the customers weren't many
Ambiance : 5 from 5 romantic place

Interior : 5 from 5, I like how they brought the colonialism feeling forward
