Amazing Place Called Phuket
It's been a year for being absent writing on the blog. Now I come back to share some of my experience with Phuket, a small vibrant town which rely on tourism as the main locals' income.
I came here with my parent and brother. Staying in a humble yet clean guest house called Sea Blue Phuket for THB 800 per nite. The room is spacious to accommodate 4 of us in bunks. We got small balcony to dry our laundry too. The hostel is very close to Banzaan Market and Junk Ceylon Mall and as well as 10 minutes walk to Patong beach. There is Carrefour in the mall. Note: drinking water is cheaper in Carrefour.
Before we went to Phuket, we have communicated with a friendly couple named Ladda and her husband Billy. They run a tour agent in Phuket. We got their names and contact from Google. You can contact them at billyladda@windowslive.com, the mobile phone is +66894847070
They are very helpful couple during our stay in Phuket. Even when I got diarrhea. Ladda could suggest me the good medicine and where is the closest way to buy.
I'm not going to advertise Billy and Ladda here, but frankly speaking, we are very satisfied with their service. The airport pick up and transfer, the Phi Phi island and James Bond tour package, Phuket Fantasia show arrangement, even we had 1 day city tour with Billy as the driver
So how we spend our 5 days 4 nights :
Day 1, we arrived in the evening in Phuket. Billy, picked us up at the airport. We spent the evening by walking along Soi Nanai
Day 2, City tour
Kata Beach, Kara Beach, Promteph Cape, Wat Chalong, Big Buddha
and Phuket Fantasia in the evening
Day 3, Phi Phi Island by speed boat tour
Day 4, James Bond island tour
Day 5, Spending our time in Patong beach then Junk Ceylon mall before leaving for Jakarta
Phi Phi and James Bond tour will end about 6pm. There is hotel pick up and transfer service. After the islands tour, you can spend your time to visit Bangla road which is well known with the night life, or walk along Patong beach to enjoy wide variety of local food
What I would like to recommend also is the food court at Banzaan market. Step on the second floor, you'll find a yummy tomyam stall there.
I think pictures will tell more, so enjoy...
